USLCI Quarterly Release: Summer 2023 Update

The new release is available on the Federal LCA Commons in the NREL group repository:  https://www.lcacommons.gov/, and the update in openLCA, zolca, and JSON-LD format can also be downloaded from the USLCI GitHub Support Content Downloads page

 

Overview of USLCI 2023 Summer Quarter Changes:

  • Edited various processes to resolve internal_id and allocation errors
  • Deleted various orphan flows
  • Replaced the acrylonitrile process dataset with updated data
  • Added Hydrogen from proton exchange membrane water electrolysis and related processes
  • Added Hydrogen from steam methane reforming and related processes
  • Added Hydrogen from solid oxide electrolysis and related processes
  • Added Carbon Fiber and Carbon Fiber, Reinforced Polymer processes
  • Added Epoxy process
  • Added Methyl methacrylate, MMA process
  • Added Polyacrylonitrile, PAN process
  • Added Glass Fiber and Glass fiber, reinforced polymer processes
  • Added Glass fiber, reinforced polymer; fine ground; from wind turbine process
  • Added Landfilling, glass fiber, reinforced polymer process
