Overview of USLCI 2024 Spring Quarter Changes:
- Added crude oil extraction processes (off-shore domestic, off-short import, on-shore domestic, on-shore import)
- Updated crude oil extraction mixture process
- Updated petroleum refining process
- Updated natural gas extraction mixture process
- Updated multiple flow and process names to improve consistency across categories
